Within the past six (6) months, the above-named Employer has failed and refused to bargain in good faith with the Charging Party by unilaterally imposing work rules and applicable conditions regarding bargaining unit employees by : (1)  restricting the display of political campaign posters, buttons, and t-shirts in all work areas of the company.   And (2) restricting the display of employees’ “political advocacies within your offices, cubicles or on your persons”.

By the above and other acts, the above-named Employer has interfered with, restrained, and coerced employees in the exercise of the rights guaranteed in Section 7 of the Act.
