According to the ABC
Master Agreement you are entitled to the following benefits:
Each employee who works for ABC on a daily basis more than eighty (80)
days in the year 2000 shall receive annual vacation pay in an amount equal
to four percent (4%) of such employee’s straight-time rate of pay for
all straight-time hours worked in that calendar year, payable by separate
check by February 15, 2001.
Each employee who works for ABC on a daily basis for more than one
hundred(100) days in the year 2000 shall receive an annual payment in lieu
of pension in an amount equal to three percent (3%) of such employee’s
straight-time rate of pay for all straight-time hours worked in that
calendar year, by separate check to your CWA 401k plan account by February
15, 2001. |
